  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • Ice cubs optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the unsweetened coconut milk, pitted Medjool dates, cinnamon, almond butter, and ground flaxseed to your high-speed blender.
  • If you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie, throw in a few ice cubes.
  • Cover the blender and blend on high for about 30–45 seconds, or until everything is silky smooth.
  • If you notice date pieces aren’t fully blended, continue blending or pulse until they’re incorporated.
  • Pour into glass. Sip immediately to enjoy its fresh, comforting taste. For extra chill, serve over more ice.
